Marula oil
The miracle oil for skin, hair and nails
Marula fruits are the elephants' favorite food, we love the fruit for the precious marula oil from the fruit seeds. Marula trees grow in South Africa and are called elephant trees because the four-legged giants are crazy about the fruit. Marula oil has been used by local people for skin and hair care for several generations. Marula oil is even used by the Zulu in ceremonies at the birth of girls to welcome them into the world. The oil is considered a symbol of female fertility, softness and tenderness.
mode of action
Marula oil contains a real wealth of antioxidants, namely 60 percent more than the previously well-known argan oil, which offer us excellent cell protection. Stearic acid and palmitic acid penetrate into the deep layers of the skin, stimulate collagen formation, strengthen the lipid film and make our skin more elastic. We also benefit from the polyphenols it contains, the particularly high proportion of vitamin C, tocopherol and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and zinc, so we can rightly call marula oil a protective oil
Area of application face
Marula oil absorbs very quickly without a greasy film, is odorless and non-irritating, making it ideal for allergy sufferers and sensitive skin types as well as mature and very dry skin. Due to its anti-inflammatory effect, it is also suitable for everyone who suffers from skin impurities or light acne: redness and skin irritations are calmed and balanced.
Instead of cream, put 2 drops from the pipette on the palm of your hand and massage them into your cleansed and moistened skin (e.g. with our rose or neroli water).
Scope of application head and hair
As an effective source of nutrients, marula oil helps you as a cure for dandruff, psoriasis and itching. Put a few drops in the palm of your hand, work them into your slightly moistened scalp (also with our rose water) and into your hair and leave it on overnight, then wash out thoroughly in the morning.
To care for the ends of your hair, put 1-2 drops of marula oil on your fingertips and use it as a leave-in. You will be rewarded with a silky shine, elasticity and structure.
Scope of application nails
Your nails and cuticles will thank you very much for strengthening and new resistance if you massage a drop of marula oil into the nails on each hand or foot from time to time and leave it to soak in overnight.
