A »tough dog« from Austria
Mountain pine, this weather-hardy conifer usually grows above the tree line, where it defies winter storms and avalanches on the one hand, and where it experiences the mountain summer with its stronger sunshine all the more intensively on the other.
The essential oil is obtained by water distillation of the branches. Mountain pine oil is our first choice essential oil for muscle and joint inflammation as well as muscle pain because it is so willing to give us its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, circulation-enhancing and anticonvulsant properties. Essential mountain pine oil has proven to be extremely helpful for rheumatism, gout and sports injuries. In addition, it has an antibacterial and expectorant effect during the cold season and deepens breathing in the case of bronchitis and other chest problems. Mountain pine oil expands the lungs and has proven itself to stimulate the circulation and metabolism.
The most important active ingredients limonene, sylvestrene, camphene, cymene, myrcene, pinene, phellandrene and carene help us say goodbye to restlessness and stress, lack of self-confidence, discouragement and weakness. Instead, we gain new impetus, invigoration, refreshment, regeneration and psychological strengthening from the mountain pine oil.

A notice:
Please never use essential oils pure, but only mix a few drops of them into a fatty oil so that the recommended number of drops is not exceeded. Other possible uses of an essential oil are, of course, fragrance lamps, nebulizers, diffusers or simply a handkerchief as a carrier material for room scenting, so that the oil can be absorbed through your respiratory tract. Essential oils are the potent essence of a plant, so always be aware of their potency. Essential oils are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
