The oil of the stone pine, also called Swiss stone pine, is considered to be the most healing of all pine oils.

Our Swiss stone pine essential oil is not only the right choice for a quiet, relaxed sleep, no, also for a pleasant atmosphere in the living room or office. The scent has been shown to calm the autonomic nervous system and relax the mind. In addition, all forest oils have a breath-deepening effect. In skin care, the antibacterial effect on skin imperfections and acne comes into play.

Our Swiss stone pine essential oil is suitable for the aroma lamp and the aroma stone or for use in the aroma diffuser.

Essential oils in organic quality:
• Stone pine

According to the Weizer study, the pinosylvin contained in the stone pine should have a calming effect on the heartbeat. For the study, subjects were allowed to sleep in Swiss stone pine beds. The participants saved an average of 3500 heartbeats per day. That corresponds to about an hour of work for the heart per day.

Put 2-5 drops in the fragrance lamp, fragrance stone or diffuser and relax!

Essential stone pine oil is ideally suited as an additive to a soothing and relaxing massage oil. Mix about 20-25 drops in 100 ml base oil (like my body oil base I) and enjoy the massage.

Please never use essential oils pure if you want to apply them to the skin. Mix only a few drops of it into a fatty oil so that the recommended number of drops is not exceeded. Other possible uses for an essential oil are, of course, aroma lamps, nebulizers or simply a handkerchief as a carrier material for room scenting, so that the oil can be absorbed through the respiratory tract. Essential oils are the potent essence of a plant, so always be aware of their potency. Essential oils are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
